All the items that you have in your shopping bag will appear as your order during Checkout. If you do not want to purchase all items listed, simply edit your shopping bag first.

We accept the following credit cards:

Your credit card is not charged nor verfied online. To avoid any processing delays, please be sure to correctly enter your credit card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly.
Your order will not be placed if you do not click "Order Now." Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cash through the mail.
Tax policy
Daphne collects sales tax for purchases shipped to New York state residents.
Shipping and Handling
We ship to all fifty United States and the following U.S. territories; American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Normal standard shipping costs apply to orders to U.S. territories.
Express delivery is not available to U.S. territories.
We do ship internationally. Customers are responsible for all duties charged by their countries. International shipping charges are determined by the cost, size and weight of the item(s). Unfortunately, we cannot determine the actual cost until the shipment is made.
Since many of our garments are custom made, shipping time for your order is approximately 7-10 days. Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation with an estimated shipping time. We will not charge your credit card until we have shipped your order.
Ground (Standard Delivery)
Orders should arrive within 7 to 10 days from the time it is shipped from us. Standard delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses. All standard deliveries are handled by Airborne Express.We ship through The United States Postal Service (USPS). Please let us know if you prefer another delivery service.
3-Day, 2nd Day and Overnight Shipping
Order will arrive 3 days, 2 days or 1 day, respectively, from the time it is shipped from us. Express delivery is not available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Shipping Outside of Continental United States
For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service.

We value you as our customer. We want your DAPHNE garments to serve you for many years.
Your garments are specially made or ordered for you.
We accept returns and exchanges only on standard sized garments, in new condition, which have not been altered, worn, washed or damaged, All tags must be attached. Returns may be made for credit, or refund within 20 days of the shipment. Returns made after 21 days will receive a credit. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
The cost of the item will be credited to the card you used at the time of purchase less a 3% processing fee.
Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable.
Custom garments made to specific instructions are non-refundable/exchangeable. We make every effort to assure customers are satisfied with their garment. Our tailoring services are offered to achieve the best possible fit. Alteration charges may apply.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and are not returnable.

If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
- Your name, email address and billing address
- The name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift
- The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase
- The item number of the merchandise, if available
- The problem with the merchandise and if you want to be refunded, or have the item exchanged for a different size or color.
